Brilliant. Popped in with a noisy chain/motor on my e-bike. Was it motor bearings? Looking at a bill of hundreds. Within 15 minutes, cause diagnosed, rubbing chain, pedal and sprocket off, spacer put in, reassembled. On my way for just £25. Happy cycling.

Shop else where if you can, won’t be back to spend more pennies let alone the thousands spent

I bought a Bosch electric socket cover for my ebike costing £5.66 but unfortunately it didn’t fit so I posted it back to j e James costing £2. They then refunded £1.65 back into my PayPal account. Talk of being ripped off! And to rub salt into the wound, I got the correct part from my local Bosch cycle shop (where I bought my bike) and it was only £3.50. I suppose it was a lesson learned, buy from your local cycle shop.

Purchased a Haibike Trekking 7. Arrived on time but the manual was in German and the instructions for assembly were non existent. Although i was told the bike was pre checked before delivery the charging unit had a continental 2 pin plug. When paying close to £3000.00 pounds for a bike it would have been nice for J E James to supply a three pin adaptor.

Article took forever to arrive considering it was "in stock". Trackinjg was shocking as JE James "Processing" remained active for days. Part eventually arrived and fits - thankfully.

Ordered Giant seat clamp after issues whilst on holiday. Waiting for me on my return. Fitted and seat height test ride within 10 minutes. What more can you say excellent service. ?

One of the very few places that stocked what I needed (spokes of the right length & gauge) and sold reasonable numbers at a very reasonable price.
